Business Development Manager Wanted

The Agency:

Hello Social is one of Australia’s leading social media marketing agencies. We have doubled our revenue in the last 12 months and are looking for a gun BDM to take the agency to the next level.

The Role:

Hello Social has a long track record of exceeding client expectations, one of the most impressive portfolios in the industry and competitive prices; we are looking for the right BDM to make the most of this unique opportunity to grow the agency.

You will have the ability to create new services/packages to sell to clients at different tiers of the market; from the café around the corner, all the way to Microsoft and everything in-between. You will have an advertising budget as well as the flexibility to try a variety of ways to obtain new business. You will also be required to convert our large amount of inbound leads.

What you will be doing:

In charge of converting inbound leads

Meeting with clients, building relationships and writing proposals

Developing new service offerings/packages that can be sold to existing and new clients

Developing strategic relationships with other companies and organisations

Managing your own CRM

Desired Skills/Experience:

2-3 years in a sales or marketing role

Able to sell ice to eskimos

Not afraid of the cold approach

Finding new opportunities for developing relationships with companies, organisations and conglomerates

Handling of large budgets

CRM Management

Relationship development
